Application:

working principles:
Valve is operated through a hand wheel, which graduslly adjusts the conic valve plug and locks the valve plug at the proper position with the bolt. Dis-mountable parts on the valve are very few and with simple structures, which ensures the reliability of the valve's operations and easy for uninstalls.
Standard designs:
Material of valve body and valve lever with plug:AISI316 or AISI304.
Surface treatment of inner/outer side of the valve body: sandblasting polishing.
valve lever: enforced chromate treatment on the valve levers.
Sealed and lip-sealed material: EPDM high temperature 140 deg.
Material of valve wheel: stainless steel AISI304.
Standard valve is not mounted with pipe fittings.
Valve plug course:28mm.
